All orders will be shipped out within 3 working days and an email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped. Do note that:
- Free delivery entitlement is based on the final amount payable i.e. after the deduction of vouchers, discounts and store credits.
For Thailand Orders
We are happy to share that all orders’ standard shipping is free! If you would like to get your parcel faster, we do offer an Express Shipping option at a fixed rate.
If you prefer to do a self-collection at our head office, you can drop us an email at to let us know your preferred day/timing.
For International Orders
Do note that standard airmail takes about 14-21 working days, express airmail takes 5-7 days, excluding customs process, depending on each individual destination.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return your order within 14 days upon receiving your order. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from only. Items will be inspected upon reaching the warehouse. Do note that:
- Each order is only valid for the one-time exchange.
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items or orders using special promotional codes or purchased from SIX P.M. physical stores.
We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We apologize for letting this product slip through our quality checks. If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please email us immediately at email@example.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
For returns on defective products:

For incorrect items sent to you:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) the product code, size and color details of the wrong item received in your email so we can get this sorted for you. Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Please note that we will only be able to address incorrect and defective issues on items made directly from .
You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for defective/incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
